Return Policy

We value you as a customer, and it is important to us that you are
completely satisfied with each purchase. For that reason, you may return
any item by bringing it in or shipping it to the store. Please call or
email the bookstore if you are shipping a return item.

Items must be: 

• Returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Accompanied by a receipt, packing list, or other proof of purchase.
• In saleable condition.

We do not offer cash refunds on web sales. Instead, all returned items
will be replaced with an equivalent amount of store credit. Shipping
charges will not be included in the total refund amount unless the wrong
book was shipped. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on
returned books.  

Due to the nature of ebooks, all ebooks sales are final and nonrefundable. 

All sales items and used/out-of-print/hard-to-find books are nonreturnable.

Gift certificate policy: please remember that our gift certificates are
like cash - we do not track gift certificates at the bookstore and cannot replace them if they are lost or stolen.
